Warwick Le Lagon Resort invites interests from suitably qualified, experience individuals for the position below.
Job Desctiption:
• Answer guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain high level of knowledge about the hotels and local area.
• Quote rates, process and confirm reservations by e-mail or telephone, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Maximise sales revenue by approaching enquiries with a sales attitude, taking action on any upsell opportunities.
• Ensure the accurate administration of all bookings and related correspondence.
• Ensure that all reservations have the necessary billing instructions / method of payment.
• Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.
Selection Criteria:
• Relevant Qualification (preferred but not required)
• Preferably have minimum of 1 year in this role or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-Confident, positive attitude and is able to work independently or as team work and can work with minimum supervision.
• Must be committed to professionalism, possesses good work values and has integrity
• Passion for delivering great service and willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.
