Job Desctiption:
• Provide customer service to all guests
• Organise and set up activities
• Monitor the safety and security of participants
• Clean and maintain the activity area
• Assist with the preparation of materials and equipment
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations
• Ability to motivate and engage people of all ages
• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management
Selection Criteria:
The suitable candidate must possess the following attributes:
• Relevant Qualification (preferred but not required)
• Preferably have minimum of 1 year in this role or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-Confident, positive attitude and is able to work independently or as team work and can work with minimum supervision.
• Must be committed to professionalism, possesses good work values and has integrity
• Passion for delivering great service and willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.
