Welcome to Watersports Port Vila, the premier provider of aquatic adventures in Vanuatu. We are a rebranded and expanded version of Tropic Thunder Jet, which has been operating successfully in the country since 2009. After the borders reopened following the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw an opportunity to expand and rebrand, and thus Watersports Port Vila was born.
Our team is led by owner and operator, Andy. With an extensive background in the adventure industry, Andy has worked as a professional guide in various parts of the world, including Alaska, Japan, Canada, and his home country of New Zealand. He now calls Vanuatu home and is passionate about passing on his knowledge and experience to local Ni-Vanuatu guides.

Location: Port Vila, Vanuatu
Salary: Commission-based (15% commission on all sales)
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Staff for a leading tourist operator based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. As a Sales Staff, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales for our exciting range of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
Knowledge of the tourism industry in Port Vila is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
