Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via call/emails
Proactively think along with the customer to resolve their queries quickly
Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and focused on customer loyalty
High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
Confidence dealing with high volumes of work across different channels (voice, email, messaging/chat)
Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers' needs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction or referring customers to supervisors as required; and
Any other duties assigned in addition to this position description, and meeting the respective targets.
Selection Criteria:
Required
Native or fluent in both written & spoken French
Commitment towards delivering exceptional customer services to internal and external customers via phone and email
Fast learner who can master multiple new systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
Previous experience in customer services in French language is essential
Valid Passport
Prefer (not essential)
At least 1-2 years of experience in call centre environment or travel and tourism sector is desirable
Airline experience would be an added advantage
Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Exposure or similar experience will be highly regarded
