Organisation Description:
Big Blue is the busiest dive shop in Port Vila. We have been teaching people to dive in Vanuatu for 15 years and are recognised as a premier organisation teaching diving and taking certified divers diving in Port Vila.
Job Desctiption:
The role is specifically to co ordinate and facilitate our internal training and to assist with managing the hands on day to day operations ensuring our dive staff are fully cognisant of the current standards.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum PADI OWSI
Experience training and supervising staff
English and advantage
Experience in a busy environment essential
International experience is an advantage.
Salary:
Commensurate to experience
