The Melanesian Port Vila has 75 rooms with different room types ranging from Studio, Standard, Superior type to One and Two Bedroom Apartments. 2 Restaurants on Site.
Job Desctiption:
BARTENDER:
An experience work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.
HOUSEKEEPING:
To help clean, dust and polish guest rooms. Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries. Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards. Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
CHEF:
Chef or Cook to be responsible for using their culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes for diners to enjoy. Their duties might include also overseeing kitchen staff, checking dishes before going to customers and restocking food produce as needed. Cleaning up and taking out rubbish at the end of the shift.
Selection Criteria:
BARTENDER:
At least 2 years in the Industry
Product knowledge, including food and wine pairing.
Experience.
Ability to create unique drinks.
