Contacter les fournisseurs et négocier avec eux les meilleurs prix pour la commande de matériel
Manager le personnel et leur planning, am̩lioration du bien-̻tre du personnel РGestion des ressources humaines dans la globalit̩
Être capable de gérer les présences et les paies des employés
Vérification et consolidation des relevés de stocks
Planification, réception, et livraison du matériel en entrée et en sortie ainsi que tous les documents administratifs en lien avec ces derniers
Agencement du magasin et décoration
Préparation des promotions et des différentes offres suivantes les marronniers
Community management et gestion de la communication publicitaire de l'entreprise
Prévision et gestion des dépenses, des ventes de l'entreprise
Planification des entretiens des véhicules, des outils et des clients ayant un contrat de maintenance de leur installation solaire
Gestion administrative des documents officiels concernant les affaires courantes
Rapport chiffré mensuel sur les ventes, les dépenses et la rentabilité générale de l'entreprise
Dépôt de la recette et changement d'espèces pour la caisse du magasin Vila
Idées et plans stratégiques pour améliorer le chiffre d'affaires, l'agencement du magasin et le quotidien des employés
Sourcing de nouveau produit et de nouvelles technologies avec le responsable technique
Gestion et modification de l'ERP en SAAS
Gérer les approvisionnements
Analyse quotidienne et voyage périodique dans notre banche actuelle à Santo (et dans d'autres branches si nous nous développons dans le futur) pour vérifier la bonne conduite des affaires courantes et de tous les points précités.
Selection Criteria:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne avec un diplôme reconnu européen ou australien et qui possède de très bonne connaissance ou expérience dans les domaines suivants :
Informatique
o Suite office
o Suite Adobe

o Connaissance et/ou facilité d'assimilation des SAAS ERP
Gestion administrative et des ressources humaines
