Job Desctiption:
Sales representatives give presentations, demonstrate and sell products or services to potential buyers, and negotiate sales terms.
Selection Criteria:
• Responsible for answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.
• Assist customers with their new PC purchases and make recommendations to ensure they can take full advantage of their new technology.
• Manage quality communication, customer support and product representation for each client.
• Communicate computer hardware and specifications and other product information to customers in order to provide informatively educate decisions in their purchases.
• to enter sales quotes and customer information to track movement of products through the store.
• Work with customers, assisting with recommendations for computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Facilitate communication on upcoming promotions with department and general managers.
• Familiarize customers with basic PC maintenance, home/office wireless networking and internet security.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming technologies relate to computers and tablets.
• Used Internet applications to assist users resolving problems and security issues ensuring the integrity and availability of critical data.
Additional:
-Communicate in Bislama, English and French
