Job Desctiption:
The role requires the maintenance of all resort equipment including but not limited to the following:
-electrical power appliances and fittings
-plumbing fixtures and fittings
-air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
-Laundry equipment
-Kitchen equipment
-Water treatment systems
-Vehicles and marine craft servicing
The successful candidate must be able to respond promptly and efficiently of all non functioning equipment and be able to train and develop personnel within the the engineering department.
Selection Criteria:
Extensive Chief Engineer experience in Hotel resort operations
Formal Electrical engineering qualifications
