Dynamic is a premium food & beverage Retailer & Wholesaler based in Port Vila.
Job Desctiption:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have accountability for the day-to-day operations of the Retail store. You will take pride in upholding Dynamic's exceptionally high standards of customer service, and will be responsible for training staff and leading the Front of House team.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, enthusiasm, eye for detail, and a proactive can-do attitude!
Selection Criteria:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, motivate team members
• Previous experience in retail
• Commitment to customer service
• Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
• Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
• Commitment to work health and safety standards
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Competent computer skills in Excel and Word
• Genuine passion for food & shopping
• Customer first mentality
Salary:
