Organisation Description:
Pacific Dive is the premier scuba diving operator on the island of Espiritu Santo. Based on the shores of where the SS President Coolidge sank. Pacific Dive caters for scuba divers of all levels from discover Scuba through to Advanced Trimix Divers.
Job Desctiption:
The successful applicant will require a current Instructor Certification along with O2 Provider & First Aid, Gas Blending and be experienced in Technical Diving including Trimix & CCR.
Experienced in Gear Servicing and Compressor Maintenance. Be able to manage and develop the diving skills of the dive guides and support staff.
Manage the day-to-day operations including emails & walk-in enquiries, cash reconciliation & banking, coordinating Guest pick-up & drop-offs, manage site & ground maintenance.
Selection Criteria:
Must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 year's experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in liaising with Travel Agents & Wholesalers
• Fluent in English & Bislama
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience living in the Pacific
