Organisation Description: 

Deriv (Vanuatu) will be our new office, opening in the second half of 2022. Benefiting from the regional talent pool, it will assist the Deriv Group in delivering robust online trading solutions with exceptional customer service.​

 

Job Desctiption:

As a Client Support Executive at Deriv,  you will assist our clients with issues regarding our products and services, build a mutually beneficial relationship with them, and encourage them to try new products. You will also keep track of recurring issues and report clients' feedback to other teams. If you are a fresh graduate, you can still apply for this role, provided that you value competence, integrity, and teamwork and are passionate about helping clients. By delivering world-class customer service, you will forge client loyalty and promote business growth.

Your challenges
- Handle high volume of customer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service via live chats and emails.
- Collaborate with client support agents in different time zones to achieve optimum results.
- Continuously identify work process improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Process applications and customer documentation according to relevant policies and regulations.

Selection Criteria:

Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent spoken and written English and French communication skills

What's good to have
- University degree in communications, IT, or any related fields
- Practical experience in technical customer support
- Experience in the financial services or IT industry
- Proficiency in other languages
