Job Desctiption:
Greeting guests and servicing guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
Ensuring that guests needs are met and their stay is an enjoyable and memorable one.
Selection Criteria:
Must be computer literate. Have at least 2 to 3 years hotel experience. Guest customer service skills. Able to handle guest complaints and special requests. Have flexibility to work other shifts if needed.
