- Develop NHRDP Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and associated documents and tools to implement the Framework

To express your interest, interested individuals or organization must submit: • A letter outlining o You or your organization's interest to undertake the consultancy; o Details of how you will undertake the tasks to achieve key milestones; o Relevant experiences in undertaking similar consultancy/tasks in the past; o Number of people who will involve in the project; • Attached to the above letter: o Copy of Certificate of Business name from the VFSC; o Copy of Business License; o Curriculum vitae for lead consultant; and • A proposed costs to undertake the tasks Terms of Reference for these consultancies can be obtained from the VQA office opposite VIT campus.
