Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) is Vanuatu's only social security system, established in 1986 under the Vanuatu National Provident Act [CAP 189] to help provide financial security to workers when they reach retirement age.
Job Desctiption:
VNPF is inviting construction contractors to tender for the Exterior Paintworks and a new Reception & Security Booth at the Ground Floor Voyeur to the Port Vila Head-Office Building.
Selection Criteria:
Proposals must include the following evaluation criteria's;
o Relevant Experience Incl. Past Performance – 15% Score,
o Ability to Carry Out Work (Technical Skills, Management Skills & Systems, Resources and Methodology) - 15% Score,
o Financial Capability (Insurance covers & PI's) – 10% Score,
o Local Content – local expertise supported with CV's – 10% Score,
o Proposed Fee Value – 50% Score,
