Selection Criteria:
Requirements
Proven record of 5+ years previous General management experience 5 star luxury establishments.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Demonstrate strong F&B, Rooms division & FO expertise to create a culture of understated excellence throughout.
Self-motivated with the ability to lead and bring forward the entire resort team.
