Organisation Description:
WSB youth centre is a place for young people who don't go to school or are out of work to come and try something new and build up their skills. We offer classes in literacy, nutrition, sports, dance, computer music and more.
Job Desctiption:
Each month with have whole youth centre activities that can have unto 100 participants at a time. These events run like a school sports day but can involve all sorts of different activities such as assault courses, fashion shows, hockey tournaments and beach games. We are looking for a high energy individual to organize and run these events. Other opportunities for evening events available too.
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in areas such as sport, working with young people and events management are a bonus.
Salary:
Flexible hours and rates negotiable
