Job Desctiption:
Tradebase Plumbing Supplies is currently seeking an accounts officer to prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, payroll report, and other financial records for entry.
Selection Criteria:
• Entering daily sales, purchases and journals into accounting system.
• Accounts payable including local and international supplier payments.
• Payroll Processing.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Preparing end of month reports.
• Day to day admin work and filing.
• Reporting back to TradeBase's accountants and directors regarding any financial reports.
• Following up on age debtors including sending out statement and invoices.
• Managing petty cash.
• Daily banking.
