The UN Women Fiji Multi Country Office (MCO) seek to recruit a suitable and qualified Ni-Vanuatu national for the following position:
Programme Associate Pacific Partnership to End Violence Against Women & Girls (EVAWG), UN Women Vanuatu (SC SB-3)
Under the overall supervision of the Technical Specialist EVAWG, the Programme Associate is expected to support administration, operations and implementation of the Pacific Partnership to End Violence Against Women and Girls (Pacific Partnership) Vanuatu Country Programme. The Programme Associate will work in close collaboration with the Technical Specialist EVAWG, EVAWG Operations team in Fiji and programme partners, including but not limited to: Department of Women’s Affairs, Vanuatu Women’s Centre, Vanuatu Christian Council, and others at national and provincial level.
Reporting to the Technical Specialist EVAWG, the Programme Associate, Pacific Partnership is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for successful implementation. The role has an important role to play in ensuring that activities under the Pacific Partnership Programme are implemented in a timely manner and continue to enjoy full ownership and buy-in by Government and civil society partners.
Contract Level: SC SB-3
Contract Type: Service Contract Appointment

Attractive salary with other benefits including medical, death and disability coverage, superannuation, and annual/sick leave apply. Contract duration is 1 year initially, renewable annually dependent on performance and availability of funds.
