Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) founded in 1986 and is Vanuatu's only national social security mechanism. It is the major shareholder of the National Bank of Vanuatu (NBV); owning 56% shares since October 2020
Job Desctiption:
The position reports to the National Bank of Vanuatu (NBV) Board of Directors and is responsible for overseeing the management of all facets of banking services at NBV in Vanuatu.

• Must ensure to comply with the Fit and Proper criteria as set out in the AML/CFT Act of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the regulatory requirements of the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu (RBV);
• Team player and ability to work under pressure with high standard outputs;
• Passion for providing high quality customer care and services to the bank's customers and stakeholders;
• Excellent people and networking skills;
• Computer literate, proven experience in complex analytical problem solving and investigative skills;
• Goal-driven with desire to exceed goals and targets; and
• Ability to train and manage staff of a large organization.
Qualifications
• He/she must have a Master's Degree or more from a recognized tertiary institution in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Law;
- Business Administration;
- Any other related fields; and
- Has at least 10 years' experience in a senior management role relevant to the position.
