Job Desctiption:
WSB is looking for a suitable person for the position of IT Support Officer at its Northern Care Youth Centre in Luganville, Santo.
The role involves ensuring the centre's computer infrastructure is operating effectively, and that staff are trained and supported when using IT systems.
As a component, this position also includes upskilling youths in computer hardware and software systems through ongoing face-to-face tutorials.
Selection Criteria:
- 3 to 4 years' experience in IT related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in computer networking such as installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer software and hardware.
- Illustrated ability in asset management and control.
- Have sound understanding in preparing work plans, implementing procedures, and monitoring of work levels.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Illustrated ability or willingness to run basic computing classes
