Organisation Description:
Job Desctiption:
The Financial Services Development Specialist is responsible for the daily and weekly communication, execution and attainment of sales targets and strategies, for existing and new Financial Services, established across the Vanuatu Post Network. The position is based in Port Vila.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates should have the following experience:
• Tertiary qualification in Business Studies or relevant
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in Telecommunications or similar
• Minimum 3 years people management experience
• In-depth knowledge and travel experience of all islands of Vanuatu
• High quality understanding in both verbal and written English and Bislama. French is desirable.
• Able to analyze statistical data and provide report in timely manner.
• Experience in Compliance in Financial Service and Corporate Governance an advantage.
