Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Internal Audit & Risk to join the Fund. Reporting to the General Manager the position will be accountable for supervising the inside actions, methods and practices and making sure auditors follow rules and regulations set by VNPF. This position will also ensure planning, executive and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related internal audits/ reviews of VNPF.

• Assists to develop the VNPF yearly audit plan
• Review reports prepared by auditors
• Develop audit direction for the auditors internal and external
• Ensure proper documentation of the results of the audit evaluations
• Ensure proper audit is completed and reports issued on time

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be Computer literate and have analytical, problem solving and investigative skills

• Must be confident and able to work under pressure

• Must be Trustworthy and honest person
We are seeking applicants with a degree or Masters in Financial Accounting, Business Administration or other fields with a minimum experience of 5 years or more in auditing roles.
