Gym & Fitness Tutor
WSB Youth Centre is looking for a Gym & Fitness Tutor who will run and supervise various fitness and health programs at Wan Smolbag Theatre in Port Vila. The position will require assessments on the physical and health condition of participants through fitness exercises, create appropriate exercise plans and monitor improvement.

Selection Criteria:
• Identify fitness level and health.
• Oversee completion of exercise routines.
• Track physical progress.
• Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries, or health issues.
• Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
• Adopt training approaches such as strength and conditioning.
• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure participants exercise properly and safely.
Experience Level
• Previous work experience as a Gym and Fitness Trainer or similar role.
• Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to participant's needs.
• Ability to instruct and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can work as a team.
• Available to work on weekends and other part time roles, if requested.
• Refer nutrition and health-related questions to WSB clinic and Nutritionist.
• Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans.
