Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu Property Holdings (VPH) is a subsidiary 100% owned by Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF). The purpose of VPH is to efficiently develop and manage all the investment properties owned by the VNPF Board.
Job Desctiption:
The VPH is currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer. Are you seeking new challenges and intend to join a well-established and largest property owner in Vanuatu?
Reporting to the General Manager, this new position will enable the successful candidate to lead and co-ordinate all dealings with the design, building construction, and maintenance of VNPF properties with the aim to deliver constructive investment objectives of the Fund.
Selection Criteria:
Key outcomes for this position include:
• Develop Vanuatu Properties Holding (VPH) project objectives by reviewing project proposals and architectural plans and consult with Management and Board.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan, scheduling changes and recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, policies and regulations.

• Sound CAD, CAD/CAM circuit design skills

We are interested in applicants with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, desirable Masters in Civil Engineering or other related disciplines relevant to the position, with 3 to 5 years of working experience in Civil Engineering or similar roles with demonstrated success in property assessment and building construction.
