Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Content Officer to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Team Leader Marketing, Communication and Research, the position will enable the successful candidate to be responsible for planning and developing digital content to build VNPF's digital audience and online brand, increase awareness services and benefits. The post holder will work as part of a team to raise the profile of VNPF's online presence and engage users through compelling digital content.
Key outcomes:
• Bring more awareness to VNPF's services/benefits
• Ensure consistency in branding as well as attracting and engaging audiences through marketing techniques
• Keeping the Fund up to date with online marketing trends and providing support where needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader
Key Attributes and requirements:
• Ability to relate to staff at all levels and in a team environment
• Creative and proactive flair
• Ability to work at own initiative and to deadlines
• A passion for new technology tools
• Fluency in web analytics tools, marketing applications and any other relevant monitoring platforms.
• Have practical knowledge in Microsoft office suite, Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign, etc.)
• Able to produce high quality design with graphic design software.
• Able to work under pressure
• Have a knowledge in French language will be an advantage.

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with a Degree in Marketing/Communications from an accredited institution or other related disciplines relevant to office of Marketing, Communication and Research, with 2 years working experience in Digital content or similar roles as well as demonstrated success in Marketing.
