Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a mature individual with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
The Property Inspector works independently in the field completing property inspections of residential and commercial buildings, assessing quality of buildings and materials used as well as measuring buildings.
Selection Criteria:
Required Skills:
Construction knowledge
Identify building materials
Measure building areas
Use laser measure tool & mobile apps
Organized & strong time management
Desired Skills:
Drivers License
Experience in construction as draftsperson, builder, engineer
Experience in a drawing software, such as SketchUp
Experience in GIS
Salary:
Competitive salary, final salary to be based upon candidates experience
