Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP. 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Investments to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property, the position will enable the successful incumbent to improve business opportunities and identify potential avenues for increasing financial returns for the fund in line with Fund's investment Policy and Objectives.
Key outcomes:
• Managing the efficient operation of the investments department by ensuring the development, implementation and review of appropriate management
• Undertaking Financial and investment analysis and making recommendations on emerging investment market opportunities
• Leading a team of motivated, competent and well trained staff by managing accountabilities and standards of performance
• Produce timely reports to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Financial Accounting, or other related disciplines relevant to the position, with 5 years working experience in Investment or similar role with demonstrated success in achieving Investment returns.
