Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP. 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Commercial Accounts to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property the position will enable the successful incumbent to manage the full responsibility of Accounts functions, the annual budgeting process and partner with non-financial decision makers to provide technical finance information for the Fund.
Key outcomes:
• Prepare and review financial report for all subsidiary and commercial property accounts
• Work with Team Leader Finance in oversighting operations of finance and reviewing policies and procedures regularly
• Leading a team of motivated, competent and well trained staff by managing accountabilities and standards of performance
• Produce timely reports to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, or other related disciplines relevant to the role, with 5 years working experience in Team Leader Commercial Accounts or similar role in demonstrated success in Commercial Accounts.
