Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Internal Audit Officer to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Team Leader Internal Audit, the position will enable the successful incumbent to provide assurance to the Management and Board on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes in the Fund's operations in accordance to Internal Policies & Procedures, Audit Standards and other external supervisory and legal requirements.
Key outcomes:
• Plan and execute audits in line with Fund approved policies and procedures
• Produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors
• Lead and supervise sub-ordinate team members under his/her control
• Undertake investigations and produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines relevant to office of Internal Audit, with 3 years working experience in senior Auditing or similar roles as well as demonstrated success in Auditing.
