The Espiritu is a small boutique hotel located in the center of Luganville town in Santo. Managed by two brothers for the last 10 years, The Espiritu has grown to become one of the busiest and preferred accommodation provider for our wide variety of clienteles.

Job Desctiption:
The Espiritu Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and active young Ni-Vanuatu male or female to join the kitchen team. This position does not require previous work experience.

Your primary role would be dish washing and cleaning up. Once you have proven to be punctual and demonstrated your willingness to learn then you will begin learning food preparations and cooking.



Selection Criteria:
- Arrive to work on time, everytime
- Arrive to work clean and tidy
- Willingness to learn
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Listen to and respect your seniors
- Able to work early morning, late nights, public holidays and weekends
- Live close to Luganville town
