It also provides for permanent incapacity, and survivors benefit in the event of death. The VNPF Board is advertising the position of GENERAL MANAGER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

Primary Objective of Position
The executive position reports to the Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) Board of trustees and is responsible for overseeing the management of all facets to do with Superannuation and VNPF in Vanuatu.
Key outcomes:
1. Effective Project Management of
The Fund's Strategic Plan
Annual Business Performance Plans
Investments management towards bringing in high returns and building a strong and positive General Reserve towards paying above the legal threshold of Annual Interest rates to Members
2. Effective provision of Leadership and Managerial Effectiveness
3. Overseeing Executive Managers
4. Provision of Strategic Direction of the Fund
Salary
An attractive Salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
