Job Desctiption:
FR8 Logistics is looking for candidates to provide administrative, programmatic, research analysis, test management and responsive support services to the on the experience and knowledge available in-house which is evident in our service levels and the options we can offer. This support includes the assistance required by the staff to effectively administer and manage programs and projects as well as to contribute towards providing and maintaining best customer service and quality responsiveness to all our stakeholders.
FR8 Logistics is currently seeking well qualified candidates to perform the following:
• Design or conduct work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance.
• Responsible for identifying training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
• May analyze organizational training needs or evaluate training effectiveness.
• Supervise and monitor progress made via specific training programs
• May work with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Selection Criteria:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Post-Graduation or Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience (2 years' experience in leiu of Post Grad/Masters)
• Experience conducting training to both operations-based and corporate based employees
