Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced and suitable candidate to fill the position of a Sous Chef.

Selection Criteria:
- Applicants should be either citizens or residents of Vanuatu
- Must be reliable, honest and work without supervision
- Must have good communication in English & Bislama
- Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings
- Previous relevant experience of at least 3 - 5 years and qualification in
food preparation and kitchen work
- Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene
- Be able to assist the executive chef to create menus from fresh local
produce on season.
- Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Be very customer focused
- Be a team player and work well under pressure


Salary:
The successful applicants will be appointed an appropriate level depending on qualifications and relevant experience
