VGA is leading an innovative business specializing in glass and aluminium joinery.
We serve the people of Vanuatu with our base in Port-Vila and ability to supply or install throughout the islands.
Job Desctiption:
VGA is searching for talented young individual for the roles of a Sales officer based in Port-Vila.
The sales officer is responsible for the Customer Services, to greet customers, help them find what they need and upsell new products, the invoicing of sales and the receivables. We're looking for a motivated and fast learner who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge and work without supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with VGA regulations and Management instructions.
- Raising of invoices, receipts and credit notes for all sales and transactions.
- Daily cash reconciliations and cash register.
- Receive orders from Customers.
- Updating and submission of sales report.
- Be able to work as a team.
- Cooperation with superiors and comply with other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
- Flexible with working hours (44 hours/week)
Selection Criteria:
It is desirable that the applicant has:
- Business Studies diploma and/or Certificate in Sales and Administration.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Excel, word etc...
- Direct or inside sales Experience preferably 2 years+.
- Knowledge in MYOB
- Highly motivated, target driven and willingness to learn
- Bilingual (French and English would be advantage)
- Must be able to work with out supervision
