Job Desctiption:
As a pastry chef you will be responsible for the preparation of various pastries, bakery and desserts on a daily basis. You'll also be asked to experiment with new recipes and innovate.
Selection Criteria:
- a culinary certificate or experience in a similar role
- good communication skills in English and Bislama
- able to work under pressure
- able to deliver consistency and quality
- able to work in a team
