Organisation Description: 
The Chantillys is looking for an experienced receptionist to to be part of our team.


Job Desctiption:
Ensure a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience
Ensure accurate communication of information and guest requests to all relevant departments
Identifies quality improvement trends and effectively communicates issue to  management
Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully
Cooperate and coordinate team work with other departments


Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a receptionist and be fluent in English & French.
Other pre-requisites are:
Prior experience with PMS is necessary.
• Excellent presentation and personal hygiene
• Strong computer & telephone skills
• Previous experience in handling money
• Friendly, professional manner and great team worker
• Able to handle a busy work schedule and be able to multi task
• Be punctual and reliable.
Work 2 pm to 10 pm


Salary:
Depend on experience
