Job Desctiption:
We are seeking a qualified air conditioning /refrigeration technician with management experience to assist in running an ongoing business in Port Vila.

Duties and skills include but are not limited to:

- Reporting to the owner/manager you will be expected to competently assist in managing the business whilst also undertaking technical work.
- Your technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- You will provide advice to and mentor junior staff and generally run the technical side
of the operation.
- Be prepared to undertake out of hours call out work if required.

Selection Criteria:
QUALIFICATION.

1. Trade certificate in refrigeration/air conditioning
2. 8-10 years of hands on experience
3. Strong Managerial/Supervision background.
4. Experience in managing a small to mid-sized operation (quoting, staff management, financial oversight, office administration, project oversight).
5. Excellent working experience or skills in reading design layout of building and ability to provide air conditioning quotation in a timely manner.
6. Be prepared to undertake out of hours call out work as required.
7. Valid Driving licence.
8. Strong customer liaising  background.
