Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a mature individual to research property sales and rentals. You will work closely with the Senior Valuer to gain an understanding of the real estate and rental market for the information to be used in our property reports.
Daily responsibilities include:
Research properties that are for sale and rent, record pricing and property features. Methods of research include internet search, professional network and market research.
Entering sales and rental information to our database for each property.
Selecting properties from our database to be used in client reports.
Build strong professional relationships, get out in the business community promoting the Company and developing key relationships to gather & verify information.

Selection Criteria:
Requirements for the Role
4 years work experience
Strong communication skills and easily creates new relationships
Intermediate or higher ability in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Must be a team player
English fluent speaker and writer, French language is an asset
Salary:
1,500,000VT Gross Annual
