Job Desctiption:
This vacancy exists within the Corporate Business unit, Port Vila, Vanuatu. Reporting to the Head of Corporate.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of transactional customers
• Grow value through leading transactional team and business partners to identify, assess
and cross sell transactional products
• Assist other specialists and business partners to ensure that high customer satisfaction levels are constantly maintained
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services and support marketing campaigns
• Review all existing merchants regularly and ensure to target quality merchants to increase
business revenue at lower cost
Selection Criteria:
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or related fields
• Experience in working as part of a sales team
• Proficient in Oral & Written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word & Access)
• Have Industry Knowledge
• Basic knowledge in Policies & Procedures
• Proven Relationship Management Experience
• Must hold a valid drivers license
