Tower Insurance has been enjoying strong and continued growth throughout the Pacific Islands and especially in Vanuatu. We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Consultant to join us on this journey and be part of our agile, high performing, close knit and engaged team in Port Vila.

In this role you will:
- Understand our customers and look after the things they cherish by providing them with the right solutions at the right time
- Resolve and manage customer queries by attending to their needs promptly while proactively seeking and identifying opportunities for selling our products
- Be a part of growing and retaining our Vanuatu client base by providing superior service
- Learn all aspects of the business
Selection Criteria:
We want to hear from you if:
- You're passionate about customers
- Have proven sales and customer service experience (insurance experience would be a bonus)
- Demonstrated computer skills
- You have a "can-do" attitude, show initiative and want to be involved in all aspects of the business
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of Vanuatu's trusted, growing insurance company. French or Chinese speaking would be an advantage.
