Job Description
|
This vacancy exists within the Retail Banking Department in
Luganville, Santo. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Process business and personal customer deposits, withdrawals and transfers • Provide superior service and asking questions to understand their requirements • Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer compliments, issues and complaints • Provide accurate information about products and services • Identify customer needs and make referrals to Customer Service Representative, Personal Banking Manager or Relationship Manager |

Selection Criteria
|
• Minimum - High School
Certificate
• Proficient in oral and written communication • Ability to work under pressure to ensure high standard customer service with great attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel & Word) • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures • Previous customer service experience • Drivers license desirable |
