Job Description
|
This vacancy exists
within the Operations Department in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Reporting directly to
the Team Leader Operations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide customer services for cards and internet banking queries via phone and email • Provide first level support for difficult enquiries and resolve issues to satisfy both customer and bank • Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the bank's electronic banking processes and procedures • Review and load applications for electronic banking requests • Ensure daily reconciliation of clearing accounts are completed |

Selection Criteria
|
• Over two years of
banking experience in E-Channel processing in particular EFTPOS, ATM and
daily reconciliations
• Proficient in oral and written communication • Ability to work under pressure to ensure high standard customer service with great attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel & Word) • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures |
