Prepares cold plate entrees, appetizers and cocktail food function.
Lunch and dinner services  & make canapes, hors d'oeuvres, salad and sandwiches for buffets.

Selection Criteria:
- Able to Prepare hot and cold plate entrees, appetizers and cocktail function food up to high standards.
- Preparing in lunch and dinner service and make canapes, hors d'oeuvres, salad and sandwiches for Buffet
- Fluent in english
