Job Desctiption:
POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Manager ensuring quality standards are maintained at the resort and effectively manage the daily operations of Restaurant, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Garden departments.
The Assistant Resort Manager's day to day responsibilities are:
* Engaged with all resort departments daily providing leadership and assistance to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure that cleanliness, quality and safety standards are adhered
*Responsible for practicing positive guest interactions.
*Quickly respond to guest's request and requirements.
*Tracking inventory and merchandising.
*Oversee night operations ensuring all staff follows resort procedures.
Other Requirements: Must be amenable to flexible working hours.
Selection Criteria:
* Must possess professional demeanor with the ability to resolve customer complaints if any.
* Must possess flexible leadership style
