Job Description

Erakor Island Resort has a very busy food and beverage
department with multiple outlets and catering to A la Carte dining (100 seat
restaurant), wedding receptions and weekly events.
We are looking for an experienced chef to lead the team and manage the department with duties to include: Overseeing daily operations Staff management, training & rostering Maintaining hygiene standards Cost & waste control Menu creation Collaboration with Purchasing Dept orders and stock control Collaboration with Restaurant & Events supervisors |
