Job Description

. Work and report
directly to Retail Manager in effective scheduling
. Performs all other duties assigned by Management. . Implement and maintain an in-store culture that ensures growth and ensure all staff to comply with all butchery regulations according to the quarantine act. . Work closely with the pricing coordinator. . Ensure proper department sanitation and safe food handling practices, train and develop meat department associates. . Distribution and price all products across all supermarkets outlets . Comply with Company policies and safety regulations and specialize in meat cuts, presentation ans ensure that meat are well displayed & exposed. |
Selection Criteria
|
• Qualified with more
than 8 to 10 years’ experience in butchery.
• Good Leadership skills and effective team leader to manage staff, including training and development. • Ability to resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner, and maintain positive associate morale and able to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements on the job. • Efficient in time management and able to work under pressure. • Specialize in meat cuts, presentation and displays. • Management Experience Essential • Able to run butchery 7 days a week • Applicants to work and be on standby at any hour, including Public Holidays, Weekends and have a sense of responsibility and initiative. • Have a valid driver’s license. |
