Typical job
responsibilities include:
- able to start work at 6:00 am; - recruiting, training and supervising staff; - ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines; - ordering supplies; - handling customer inquiries and complaints; - taking reservations; - greeting and advising customers; - problem solving; - preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports; - liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives; and - making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. |

- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in the position above
