Job Description
|
The customer service role
will work as part of a team in our new showroom. The team is responsible for
receiving and keying orders from walk in customers, via email and phone, as
well as managing customer accounts and cash payments. The Customer service
team is the face of our business, and aims to provide five star service to
our customers, which includes over 100 resorts, hotels, restaurants and cafes
across Vanuatu.
The customer service manager will Duties & Responsibilities: • Administration • Phone sales • Data entry • Customer care • Basic cash handling and finance management • Further responsibilities based on candidate experience. |

Criteria:
• A confident, friendly person who is driven to provide exceptional customer service • Excellent phone manner • Skills in computer data entry and ability to learn our existing electronic sales system. • Ability to work as part of a team but also motivated to work without supervision. • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and initiative. • An interest in, or previous experience in food and beverage. • Skills in financial management and cash handling would be highly regarded. • Fluent in English and Bislama. Chinese or French would also be highly valued. |
