Job Description
|
|
Based in the Port Vila
office, and reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing and
Communications Officer is responsible for planning, managing and delivering internal and external marketing and communications for the Titan FX brand. You’ll be working with internal and external (overseas) team members, and you will be expected to find, vet and engage external service providers and contractors for some tasks. Some overseas travel to other Titan FX and partner offices may be required. Job Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the marketing and communication for Titan FX, including: ● Maintain marketing calendar ● EDM and web campaigns for promoting new financial products ● Ongoing improvement of written website content ● Ongoing improvement of websites and web materials ● Organising translations ● Social media management ● Regular external communications including EDMs ● Production of internal training courses ● Internal company communications including monthly company newsletter ● Organising company events |

Selection Criteria
|
|
1 - 2 years of digital
marketing or copywriting experience
Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects Previous work experience in forex or finance is not essential but preferable Proficiency in English essential; other languages will be a strong advantage |
